Scheduling as early as possible gives you the best chance of securing your preferred delivery date.
Availability can vary based on location, season, container demand, disposal conditions, and project size. Contact Bee Done as soon as you know your project schedule.
Contact Bee Done Rentals when you are finished, and we will help schedule an earlier pickup based on availability.
Finishing early does not automatically change the agreed rental price, but it can free up space on your property sooner and allow us to remove the dumpster when it is no longer needed.
Mattresses and box springs may be accepted in some situations, but they can be subject to special disposal rules or additional fees.
Tell us about any mattresses or box springs when requesting your quote so we can confirm current requirements and provide accurate pricing information.
Debris must remain below the top edge of the dumpster.
Materials extending above the top may fall during transportation and create a serious safety hazard. An overfilled dumpster may not be removed until excess materials are unloaded and the container can be transported safely.
Keeping all materials below the top rail can help prevent pickup delays and additional service charges.
Roll-off dumpsters are heavy, especially when loaded. Although our team takes care during delivery and pickup, certain driveway materials may be vulnerable to cracking, scratching, sinking, staining, or other damage.
The condition, age, thickness, and material of the driveway can affect the risk. Let us know about any concerns before delivery so we can discuss placement options and whether protective boards or another surface may be appropriate.
Property owners should approve the placement area before delivery.
Availability depends on the location, time of request, container inventory, disposal conditions, and existing service schedule.
Contact Bee Done directly to discuss urgent needs. We will provide the earliest practical service option available, but same-day service is not guaranteed.
Yes. Establishing a designated facility contact can simplify scheduling, placement approvals, service changes, and communication.
For larger projects, it may also be helpful to identify backup contacts and any required security or contractor coordinators.
For qualifying projects, Bee Done may be able to participate in a planning call or site discussion to review access, anticipated materials, placement, scheduling, and service requirements.
Contact our team to discuss your project and determine the most appropriate planning approach.
