Debris must remain below the top edge of the dumpster.

Materials extending above the top may fall during transportation and create a serious safety hazard. An overfilled dumpster may not be removed until excess materials are unloaded and the container can be transported safely.

Keeping all materials below the top rail can help prevent pickup delays and additional service charges.
